Hi Anita,
You can dip the chicken into “chicken dipping sauce” which you can make by hand or simply buy at most Asian groceries in a bottle.

When we are lazy and buy it in the bottle, we usually dilute it a bit with water and vinegar and add fresh cilantro or peanuts.

We don’t have a recipe up yet to make it yourself – we will soon!

Thanks again for sharing. Is there any sauce that suitable with this recipes? Once my friend made me some friend chicken as your recipe above and put lemon grass sauce, it tasted delicious. If you pleased, could you help me to share this sauce?
