		<description>Like Dave, I added Thai peppers as well.  At the end, I also added just a few thinkly sliced green onions (green parts only), both for decoration and that nice, occasional, subtle taste of green onion to bring out the white pepper.  Awesome recipe.  It reminds me a lot of one of my favorite dishes from one of my two favorite Thai restaurants in the Land of Lincoln! ; )</description>

However I like things saucy, So once it was all cooked, I add a cup of water and some corn starch and add some more of the spices, Makes a nice thick sauce.
