LemongrassLemongrass is a grass which has a citrus smell to it. It is used in soups such as Tom Yum, Thai curries and is sliced for use in salads (yum). The bottom part of the stalk is used, the first 1/3 to 1/2.

Storage: Keep in the refrigerator, or store sealed in the freezer.
